Ruby red color, with garnet and slightly adult reflections. Rich and powerful, ethereal and complex smell. Characterized by elegant fruity tones with notes of blackberry and plum, and subtle hints of sweet wood. On the palate it is elegant and warm with red fruit and tannins of good finesse on the finish. Wine that is best expressed with a long aging.

Grapes: 100% Sagrantino
Harvest: 8 October 2015, manual harvest of the grapes, in crates, final selection.
Vinification: fermentation on the skins for 21 days at a temperature of 28-33 °C.
Spontaneous clarification without filtration.
Aging: french oak barrel (size 26HL) for 12 months, in bottle from 18 September
2020.
