2019 Umbria Rosso
Lively ruby hue. Preserves the nose with captivating sensations of red bud roses, composed of raspberries and cherries, vanilla, tobacco. In the mouth it is elegant and warm with red fruit and tannins of moderate finesse on the finish.

Harvest: 14 October 2019, manual harvest of the grapes, in crates, final selection
Fermentation: fermented with the grape’s skins for 4 days at a temperature of 28-32C; malolactic fermentation carried out. Spontaneous clarification without filtration.
Aging: Short passage in 10 HL oak barrels
Pairings: Accompanies grilled and roasted meats, braised or stewed red meats, game and aged hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 18/20°C Available formats: 0.75L Bordeaux bottle
